About Jeff Gibbard
Rules for Life | Yearly Practice

Rule 1: There is no one right way — find what works for you

ByJeff Gibbard March 24, 2020

Don’t worry about any advice given about the “best” or “right” way to do something — that includes this entire list.

The better option is to find what works for YOU.

It’s your life, you’re the only one that has to live it.

For example — and I can’t stress this enough — if you don’t like waking up at 5 AM, don’t wake up at 5 AM, no matter what anyone tells you.
