IMPACT

PROFESSIONAL

  • I’m on the verge of relaunching my podcast Shareable. I’ve had several plans to do this but my previous concepts proved too involved and labor intensive. It turns out the answer was staring me in the face. Stay tuned.
  • Launched The ACRONYM Society on Skool. It’s a community for neurodivergent people to safely connect and support one another.
  • Getting ready to launch SuperBrain OS 4.0 with universal thread logging for improved memory. Check out the nifty one page explainer site I built for SuperBrain OS.
  • Gearing up to launch two more programs for The Superhero Institute: SuperBrain OS Labs and the Impact MBA. Both will be stand alone communities with resources and programming. Stay tuned.
  • (Still) in the planning stages for writing my next book — trying to choose between a handful of different ideas

PERSONAL

  • I’ve been tracking the amount of weight moved in my workouts this year and have moved 551,963 lbs so far. My goal for 2026 was to move 500,000 lbs. Now I’m just looking to see how significantly I exceed my goal.
  • Recently invested in getting better health data. I bought an Ultrahuman Air ring and a Withings Sleep Tracking Mat to better track my sleep. I bought a Polar Verity Sense arm band to better track my heart rate during workouts since my watch gets in the way of many kettlebell movements.
  • I’m pretty stressed and burned out lately. What keeps me grounded is being married to a goddess and have two incredible kids.

SPECIAL INTERESTS

  • Saw Spider-Man: Brand New Day, twice. It might be my favorite movie of all time now.
  • Moved back to Todoist for my task management after Notion unilaterally introduced AI usage limits with one week of notice. That was more than enough to inspire me to diversify back to my personal favorite task tool.
  • Trying to find more time for reading once again.
  • Started watching Legion. It’s interesting so far.
  • Movies I’m excited about include Avengers: Doomsday, and Dune 3
  • Been playing Marvel Tokon by myself and Halo: Campaign Evolved on co-op. Excited about Wolverine coming out in 30 days.
